T. N. OFF-PREMISE LODGES

T.N Off-Premise Lodges are houses located outside T. N. Live-in Exclusives. These come in 2 to 4 bedroom homes or apartments located in different parts of the city namely East Airport, Cantonments, Spintex Rd, Tema C.19 etc.

These Off-Premise Lodges are well-furnished homes and designed to cater for the needs of guests who prefer to be on their own.

This, unlike our Live-in Exclusive does not have the benefit of the presence of a host and sometimes run in partnership with the interest of other companies or property owners. Some are on lease to T.N. Home Lodges who adds its finishings to give it value for use as Lodges.

Locations of these facilities are in prime residential suburbs of Accra namely East Airport, Cantonments and Spintex/Tema C19 (Regimanuel Estate).

T.N. Executive Suites are very exotic, comfortable homes furnished to UPPER-CLASS and MIDDLE CLASS standards, with the most modern facilities signifying a “touch of class”, these houses come with kitchens equipped with the most modern equipment, laundry rooms etc.

These special homes are well furnished to the level of any 3-4 Star Hotels in Ghana with rooms fully furnished, air-conditioned and well equipped with modern bath facilities. Selected homes such as our 4-BRM Executive Suite are fitted with Jacuzzi Spa, Office, mini Gyms, Private IDD and Internet Service.

Attached to some of these homes are experienced Housekeepers, Chefs with experience of 3-5 Star Hotel cooking and Security Guards that meet your household needs. Our chefs provide meals that fully satisfy the requirements of your palate.

Lodgers in T.N. Off-Premise, by special arrangements with host could arrange visits to places of interest on prior notice.
